Dawn Chapman
Dawn brings over 30 years of experience in the dental field and a deep passion for patient care. Originally from Cocoa Beach, she began her journey in dentistry as a teenager and quickly rose through the ranks—becoming Florida’s youngest licensed dental radiographer at just 15, and an E.F.D.A. by 16.
Her early clinical experience led to leadership roles, including serving as Clinical Director of Pediatric Dentistry at All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg. Dawn has also collaborated with organizations like the United Way and the State of Florida to help expand access to dental care in underserved communities.
Beyond Clinical Care
Dawn has worked alongside doctors and dental teams across the state to help build strong, patient-focused practices through training, consulting, and leadership development. She leads with empathy, energy, and a commitment to excellence—and it shows in everything she does. Educated at the University of South Florida, Dawn is a lifelong learner who loves continuing education. Her unique blend of industry knowledge, clinical expertise, and business acumen makes her an incredible asset to our team—and a trusted resource for our patients.
Outside the office, Dawn enjoys gardening, hiking, going to the beach, and attending music festivals. She’s a proud mom to two sons: Luke, a local police officer, and Ethan, who serves in the United States Marine Corps.
